Ciferon is a simplest restaurant POS and management software that works online and offline both, integrated with leading platforms which provide the easy operations like: Billing, Inventory, accounting, Reports, online orders and many more. Hence, the major part is customer support. So we are looking for the support executive for voice process who has a major role in the organization for the growth of both employee and company.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Good communication skills in English Required.
- Listen to customers concerns, issues and questions.
- Resolve customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Must be flexible for night shift & rotational shift.
- Have daily interactions with customers and handle all issues from end to end via call.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers in solving issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Quickly and effectively build rapport with customers and resolve issues
- Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times
- When required need to visit client and give the training of the software.
- Communication Proficiency - Ability to convey message effectively: Comprehension, Active Listening, Rate & Clarity of Speech, Conversational Ability.
- Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
Experience Range - 1 to 2 years
Salary Range - 10K to 14K

- BPO Experience.
Job Requirement Flexible to work in rotational shifts. 6 days working with 1 day rotational off
