**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Meta platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and budgets on a daily basis.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting.
- Analyze campaign results to generate performance reports and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to create engaging ad copy and recommend visual creatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
