Hospitality Trainer

Helping the students understand their skill sets and provide them ways to utilize it.
- Working as a mediator between the student and the institutional authorities, if there is an argument and tries to resolve it
- Generate best in class image of the center in prospective learner's mind
- Understand the needs of prospective learner and provide appropriate solution
- Co-ordinate batch allocation
- Assist in admission paper works
- Organize student participation activities
- Report and take corrective/preventive measures wherever possible on non-conformity reported/observed
- Evaluate students' progress in quarterly basis
- Prepare history sheet of all students for progress and developments.
- Handling mock sessions for telephonic etiquette
- Handling mock sessions for front desk handling

**Criteria**:

- Having a **graduation** or **diploma** in **Hospitality Management** is **must**:

- Having min. **4-5 years** of **Experience **in **Hotel Industry** preferably in **Front Office** is **required**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Guwahati, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Front Office: 3 years (preferred)
- Hotel Industry: 3 years (preferred)
