Identify training needs and objectives for various hotel departments, including **front desk**, **housekeeping**, **food and beverage**, and management.
- Develop comprehensive training programs, materials, and resources to meet these needs.
- Facilitate training sessions through presentations, hands-on activities, and workshops.
- Ensure that training content is engaging and aligned with hospitality values and standards.
- Train students in customer service best practices, including guest interactions, conflict resolution, and exceeding guest expectations.
- Develop leadership programs to nurture talent within the organization.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, quizzes, and observation of employee performance.
- Make adjustments to training content as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new training techniques.
- Identify opportunities for improving training processes and content.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Diploma** or **Bachelor’s** degree in **hospitality management**, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven **experience **of **3-4 years** in **training and development**, preferably in the **hospitality** industry.
- Strong knowledge of **hotel operations**, **customer service**, and safety protocols.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in training assessment and evaluation methods.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt training programs to different learning styles.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of staff members and tailor training to various positions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hotel management: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Assamese (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Guwahati, Assam (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Guwahati, Assam: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
