Location: Maligoan and Bharalumukh
Position: Gym Trainer (Full-time - 6AM -11AM - 4PM - 10PM)
Responsibilities:
- Guide and train members on proper exercise techniques and form.
- Create personalized workout and diet plans based on fitness goals.
- Monitor client progress and provide motivation and feedback.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the gym area.
- Conduct fitness assessments and training sessions.
- Ensure all gym equipment is handled properly and safely.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a fitness or gym trainer.
- Certified in personal training or physical fitness (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, disciplined, and passionate about fitness.
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
