Trainer Housekeeping

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching and Learning**: Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions to students in Housekeeping programs, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.
- **Curriculum Development**: Contribute to the development, review, and update of hospitality curriculum, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and industry alignment.
- **Mentoring and Assessment**: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to students, assessing their progress and performance in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
- **Industry Engagement**: Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, ensuring relevance and currency of curriculum, as well as providing opportunities for student placements, internships, and employment.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices in hospitality education.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma (3 years) in Hospitality/Hotel Management.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant industry experience, or teaching/training experience in hospitality institutes.
- **Skills and Traits**:

- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, management, and trends.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Established relationships with hospitality industry partners.
- Experience in curriculum development and review.
- Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods in hospitality education.
