**Job Title**: Sales and Operations Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and manage sales pipelines.
- Develop impactful PowerPoint presentations for client pitches and training sessions.
- Coordinate and manage operational tasks related to corporate training programs.
- Track and analyze sales metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and suggest innovative ways to improve sales and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update records in ZohoCRM and other sales tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: MBA graduate with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or corporate training operations preferred (Freshers with relevant skills may also apply).

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in LinkedIn for lead generation and networking.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like ZohoCRM or equivalent platforms.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

**Other Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset to track and optimize sales performance.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.

**Job Type**:Full-time

**Salary**:₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 per year
