Join our dynamic team as a Operations Coordinator where you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations in Mumbai. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen ability to multitask and prioritize. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Head to streamline daily activities and enhance the efficiency of the sales department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Actively manage and coordinating sales operations. Help organize and maintain sales schedules, ensuring that all daily activities are listed and accounted for in an orderly fashion.
- **Administrative Excellence**: Utilize your advanced skills in **Microsoft Office **for a variety of tasks including sophisticated document preparation and professional letter writing.
- **Data Management**: Show your proficiency in mathematical concepts by managing and analyzing sales data with accuracy. Use tools like **Tally** for financial data processing and Excel for data manipulation, including proficiency in V-lookup to extract necessary information efficiently.
- **Communication**: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Marathi, essential for effectively interacting with team members and clients.
- **Confidentiality**: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, responsibly handling sensitive information regarding the company and its operations without compromise.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong mathematical abilities and experience in data analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office, with exceptional skills in Excel and Tally.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.

**Required Skill Set**:

- **Mathematical Acumen**: Strong ability in mathematics, crucial for managing and analyzing sales data accurately and efficiently.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in financial and data management tools such as Tally and Microsoft Excel. Expertise in Excel functions, specifically V-lookup, is essential for efficient data extraction and manipulation.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Marathi, necessary for effective coordination within the team and with clients.
- **Confidentiality**: A solid track record of handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
