JOB: Commercial / Procurement GM (Only Male)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are seeking GM- Procurement for our commercial interior division (Retail, Commercial and hospitality sectors) who will be responsible for developing a strategic approach to the corporate procurement and material management process for the purchase of direct and indirect goods and services.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Developing cost-effective plan in terms of planning, budgeting, purchasing & scheduling
- of projects.
- BOQ review for all Interior fitout projects and evaluate all PO's, Bills & negotiate
- contracts with vendors.
- Reviewing of all purchase orders (all interior material like wooden, paint, tile, ceiling,
- electrical, MEP, hardware, etc.)
- Review cost of all interior material items PAN India sourced by procurement team (all interior material like wooden, paint, tile, ceiling, electrical, MEP, hardware, etc.)
- Coordination with cross functional departments.
- Assist Procurement team members with procurement processes, change and updates other procurement-related activities.
- Develop and/or update procurement policies and procedures; and be a part of development of a centralised procurement program that will add value and efficiency to the organisation.
- Vendor and contractor management PAN INDIA (generating new contractors work for interior fitout projects)
- Detailed Reports of Purchases, project cost related to procurement.
- Building ecosystem for Cost Benchmarking and Zero-Based Costing of all materials and services
- Process purchase orders; develops bids and proposals; and reconcile any invoice
- discrepancies.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering or any qualified technical person up to minimum 15-20 years or more of experience in the Civil & Interior & MEP background.
- Relevant experience in procurement for interior fit-outs in Retail/ Hospitality/Commercial projects. PAN INDIA
- Possess the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-out.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision & follow processes.
