**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information to customers and resolve their queries.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Record customer information and interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department if required.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets as set by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in **English** (mandatory).
- Ability to converse in **Hindi** (preferred/mandatory, based on requirement).
- Any **graduate degree** from a recognized university.
- Prior experience in a call center / BPO environment will be an added advantage.
- Strong listening skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
