- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall gym sales objectives.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns to attract new members.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
