Walk-In Interview: Tele calling Executive
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**:
- Make daily outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Pitch products/services to clients and handle objections effectively.
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Answer queries about the product/service offered.
- Provide detailed information to customers about the benefits and features of the product/service.
- **Lead Conversion**:
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
- Convert prospects into confirmed customers.
- **Customer Follow-Up**:
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure they have all necessary information.
- Maintain a follow-up schedule to ensure timely engagement with leads.
- **Data Management**:
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure all data is recorded accurately and timely.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve product/service offerings.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and results.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- High level of patience and ability to manage stress.
- Fluency in [required language(s)].
