**Location**: Chennai - RMZ Millenia Business Park - II (Work from Office)
**Shift**: General Shift | **Week Off**: Sunday
**Requirement**: Own Laptop is mandatory

**What's the Opportunity?**

This role starts with a **2-month structured Internship Program** where:

- You'll receive **hands-on training** in sales, CRM tools, and communication techniques.
- You'll undergo **periodic assessments** to track your learning & performance.
- Only those who **successfully clear assessments** will progress through the program.
- **Top performers** at the end of 2 months will be **offered full-time on-roll employment** with Twin Health.

**What You'll Do**
- Build instant connections and understand customer needs.
- Present solutions confidently and close sales where possible.
- Keep CRM records accurate and updated.
- Research and gather prospect data to fuel sales pipelines.
- Resolve customer queries with patience and professionalism.

**Who We're Looking For**
- **Freshers / 0-2 years of experience** (Sales / Customer-facing roles preferred).
- Excellent communication in **English & Hindi (mandatory)**; regional language is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter attitude.
- Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Team player with a hunger to grow.
