- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organisations.
- Utilise various sales techniques to engage prospects and create interest in our IT services and cloud solutions.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of our IT services and cloud solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients.
- Use CRM software ( Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho ) to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
- Proficient with lead generation tools such as Zoominfo, Apollo.io, and Lusha.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive, preferably in the IT services and cloud solutions industry.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, and related technologies.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Should be able to work in Night shifts/US shifts.

- Any Graduate with relevant experience
