We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Storekeeper cum Operational Assistant at our Chakluwa location.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Regularly conduct stock checks to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

2. Store Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store for an optimal customer experience.
- Assist in the implementation of visual merchandising standards.

3. Order Processing:

- Receive and process customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales team to fulfill customer requirements.
- Monitor order fulfillment and address any discrepancies or issues.

4. Documentation:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Generate and update reports on inventory levels, sales, and other relevant metrics.

5. Operational Support:

- Provide support to the operational team in coordinating activities and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.

6. Customer Service:

- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and support.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate channels.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar operational support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and advance computer proficiency.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

**Education**:
Graduation (additional education or certifications in logistics or related field is a plus).
