**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct soil testing and analysis to determine nutrient requirements.
- Develop and implement best agronomic practices for UHDP apple plants, stone fruits, and other crops.
- Monitor plant health, identify diseases, and recommend effective treatment solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on irrigation, fertilization, and pest management.
- Conduct field visits to assess crop growth and troubleshoot farming issues.
- Research and implement advanced horticulture techniques to improve yield.
- Assist in developing crop protection plans against pests, weeds, and environmental stress.
- Advise farmers and clients on sustainable agricultural methods.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for farmers and field staff.
- Collaborate with suppliers and research institutions for the latest agronomic developments.
- Maintain records of field trials, crop performance, and agronomic recommendations.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to support product recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and industry standards.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable rootstocks and plant varieties.
- Manage post-harvest handling and storage practices for optimized quality.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new horticulture projects.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in horticulture and agronomy.
- Support greenhouse and nursery operations with technical expertise.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on agronomic findings.
- Provide customer support and address agronomic queries effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
