To organize the Purchase and Stores department

To get quotes for various items needed

To evaluate the offers received as per FEPL’s SOP for Purchase

To Prepare PO in tally for offers finalized

To make arrangement for Automation of the purchase and stores department

To draft letters as per the requirement for the vendors, send them via courier/

Registered Ad / Speed post etcand to follow-up on the receipt of letters to

their destinations.

To assist the management for securing various certificates including ISO /

CCOE/ NSIC etc. Once the necessary certification is obtained, necessary

documents for renewal to be properly maintained

To follow up on the issues pending related to company / Directors / Directors’

residence

To keep proper record of all the registers related with purchase and stores

department, as per FEPL’s SOP for Purchase

To keep records material by generating item code for existing and new material

The department to get themselves familiar with the purchase functions and

responsibilities, such that in case of absence of purchase officer, they should be

able to perform the purchase functions satisfactorily.

Any other MISC job related with the office/ workshop or Directors or Directors

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Purchasing: 2 years (preferred)
