**Job Role**:
1. Procurement Planning: Developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet the organization's needs. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying potential suppliers, and evaluating their capabilities.

2. Vendor Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts and pricing terms.

3. Purchase Order Processing: Creating and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery.

4. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting future demand to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.

5. Cost Control: Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing measures to reduce procurement costs. Involve negotiating better prices, exploring alternative suppliers, or implementing cost-effective procurement strategies.

6. Quality Assurance: Collaborating with the quality control team to ensure that purchased products meet the required standards and specifications.

7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.

8. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.
