**Responsibilities**:

- **Full-Cycle Recruitment**:

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Write and post compelling job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and company websites.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person/video interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Extend and negotiate job offers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process
- **Sourcing and Talent Acquisition**:

- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, etc.), social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Utilize tools like github, and stack overflow to find developers.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
- **Market Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Understand the competitive landscape for IT talent.
- Provide insights on market conditions and salary trends.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven **MINIMUM 4+ Years experience** as an IT or Non-IT Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles (e.g., software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data science, etc.).
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and regulations.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience with Boolean search strings.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Technical recruiting experience in a specific industry (e.g., **healthcare, finance, technology).**:

- Experience working in an agency environment.
- Certifications in recruiting or HR.
