**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Reception**:

- Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming and positive first impression.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
- Manage reservations and maintain the reservation system to ensure smooth guest flow.
- **Guest Interaction**:

- Engage with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring resolutions that align with the restaurant’s standards.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily specials to provide informed recommendations.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their dining experience.
- Foster a positive relationship with repeat customers and encourage loyalty through exceptional service.
- Coordinate with servers, chefs, and management to ensure guest preferences and special requests are met.
- **Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Update and maintain guest profiles, ensuring relevant preferences, dietary restrictions, and special occasions are recorded.
- Prepare and manage guest feedback reports and follow up on any service issues to ensure continual improvement.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist with organizing private events, special celebrations, or corporate gatherings, ensuring all details are met for an outstanding guest experience.
- Liaise between guests and the event coordination team to ensure seamless execution of events.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management to maintain high standards of service and food quality.
- Support the team in managing guest flow and addressing any operational issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
