**Job Description**:
- Database expansion through various channels / platforms - Social Platforms, websites, etc.
- Improve incomplete records through research & ensuring data is up to date
- Carry out appropriate Target audience segregation & maintain the same
- Create ‘Lead Datasheets’ for top accounts
- Establishing workflows and standards for entering data in the CRM
- Maintain existing CRM database & suggest improvements to maintain data sanity
- Monitor & report Target Audience interaction / engagement for carrying out next target-based campaigns
- Prepare & analyse engaged reports campaign basis
- Supporting the Sales & Marketing team through data filtering & mining, segmentation, etc
**Skillset**:
- Experience of working with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to help figure out how to better integrate the CRM with existing data
- Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data
- Research capabilities - online and offline - with a knack of finding right information
- Good MS-office skills (specially Excel) and excellent communication
