We are looking for a talented Mautic CRM + Marketing Executive

Our client is an expert into capture and proposal services to private companies throughout USA with special emphasis in the Federal Government and local government sectors.

You would be joining a very committed and supportive team. We are all passionate about delivering the very best outcomes for our clients, while supporting each other to help make that happen.

**Key Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of multiple CRMs and specifically Mautic CRM.
- At least 2 years of continuous work with Mautic
- Be able to do all CRM tasks such as upload/download, segmentation, sequencing/automation.

**Day to Day Activities**
- Manage two Mautic servers:
i. Upload/download
ii. Segmentation
iii. Updating
iv. Cleansing
- Debugging and alleviating any issues that come up
- Participate in process improvement by gathering input from both internal and external stakeholders to present improvements to management to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience to our customers.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

**Must have skills**:

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective project and time management capabilities
- A can-do attitude and general eagerness to drive effective client results
- Proactively maintains and grows your own skill set through training and events
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, including content marketing, SEO, and website optimisation
- Experience working remotely in similar roles is strongly preferred

**Good to have skills**:

- Knowledge of multiple CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc
- Able to create PowerPoint presentations
- Knowledge of PhotoShop

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
