**Job Description: Project Coordinator -**under the **Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana (PKVY) project**.
- **Requirements**:

- Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project implementation/ management
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Key Components**:
**Cluster-Based Approach**: Farmers are grouped into clusters to adopt organic practices collectively.

**Certification**: Third-party certification (NPOP) and Participatory Guarantee System (PGS-India) for domestic and international markets.

**Market Linkages**: Establishing direct market linkages for organic produce.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
**Awareness and Capacity Building**:

- Conducting workshops and training sessions for farmers on organic farming practices.
- Providing technical guidance and hands-on training.

**Cluster Formation**:

- Identifying and forming farmer clusters to adopt organic farming collectively.
- Facilitating group activities and ensuring community participation.

**Technical Support**:

- Assisting farmers in transitioning to organic practices and obtaining certification.
- Providing agronomic support and troubleshooting
- Provide technical guidance and support to project staff and stakeholders
- Ensure project activities are implemented as per guidelines and timelines
- Conduct regular field visits and monitor project progress
- Identify and address implementation challenges and provide solutions
- Collaborate with other project teams and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
