**Job Title: Project coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing project activities from initiation to completion. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Supervisor will coordinate teams, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee project planning, execution, and completion to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate and supervise project team members and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project's success.
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently to optimize project performance.
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, and management.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field.
- B.TECH in ME or EE. MBA
- Proven experience in project supervision, construction, or operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.99 - ₹20,000.19 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
