We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee recruitment and team-building for delivery partners across multiple states.

The role involves managing a structured hierarchy, ensuring transparency, and achieving targets within defined timelines.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Team Building and Hierarchy Management**:

- Recruit and maintain a hierarchy across regions:

- Each Regional Manager (RM) must have 4 Assistant Regional Managers (ARM).
- Each ARM must oversee 5 Field Officers (FO).
- Each FO must manage 20 Delivery Partners (DP).
- Ensure consistency in hierarchy and reporting in all regions.

**2. Project Execution**:

- Meet state-specific targets:

- Assam: 500 Delivery Partners.
- Meghalaya: 100 Delivery Partners.
- West Bengal: 100 Delivery Partners.
- Tripura: 50 Delivery Partners.
- Ensure deadlines are met within a 3-month timeline for each project.

**3. Coordination and Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the following teams:

- Digital Marketing Team for recruitment promotions.
- Accounts Team for data maintenance and reporting.
- Customer Support Team (if required).
- Experienced Personnel for operational guidance.
- Regional Teams for execution and implementation.

**4. Performance Monitoring**:

- Maintain transparency and dedication across all levels.
- Ensure all team members adhere to project goals and deadlines.

**5. Reporting**:

- Provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Coordinate with project partners to ensure seamless execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and team management.
- Knowledge of regional languages in Assam, Meghalaya, West Bengal, and Tripura.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle deadlines effectively and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

**Additional Perks**:

- 2% of project revenue shared upon completion.

**Note: This position requires a high level of commitment, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire and lead teams in achieving ambitious goals.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
