**1. Reception**: Handling visitors as well as phone call ; taking initial information from potential children.

**2. Correspondence**: Day-to day notes and letters, both in Hindi and English, to parents, staff, etc; maintaining a dispatch register. Communicate with the parents and informing them about school events and holidays. Do calling for the follow up program and as and when required..

**3. Files**: Maintaining children’s record files, children's information in database, asset registers.

**4. Accounts: M**aintain a daily cash book, fees collection, issue receipts and handle petty cash; preparing a monthly budget in accordance with the need of the staff.

**5. Purchasing**:Ensuring that supplies (stationary, cleaning items, sugar, tea etc.) are kept in stock and are purchsed from time to time.

**6. Maintenance**:Ensuring that the centre is clean, tidy and in good repair. This includes a regular “inspection tour” of trouble areas like bathrooms, cupboards, sink etc.

**7. Personnel**:Dealing with the attendance registers, staff welfare.

**8. Reporting**:Ensuring that the monthly reports are kept up to date and to provide inputs to the M& E team as and when required.

**9. Equipment Maintenance**:To perform regular check of the equipments used at your centre and keep them in the woking condition(computers, printers, cameras etc.)

**10. Organizing Events**: Plan and execute the functions and events in the centre and to see that they are planned and executed in a proper manner.

**11. Transportation**: Scheduling transportation for the children. Staff travel arrangement and expense tracking.

**12. Data Entry**: Do entries in salesforce which includes but not limited to marking attendance of the children.

13**. Calling**: making follow-up calls will be part of your responsibilities.

Like all professional staff, the Office Coordinator must:
**1.**Keep up-to-date with professional developments relevant to your work and attend appropriate training opportunities when approved by the reporting manager.

**2.**Observe full professional standards in working with children, families and staff, including the immediate reporting of any concerns regarding child protection issues.

**3.**Participate in project, team and Latika meetings or workshops as applicable.

**4.**Comply with all Latika policies, including those regarding child protection, supervision and appraisal, attendance and leaves etc.

**5.**Carry out any further duties which may be requested by senior staff or the reporting manager which are in accordance with your professional skills.

Pay: ₹9,766.42 - ₹25,183.00 per month
