Banking and Transportation Administrator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process and manage bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and ad hoc responsibilities. This person would need to visit the bank as needed.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documents for accounting purposes.
- Manage relationships with transport vendors and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Monitor transportation costs and report regularly on expenses.
- Track shipment of goods and follow up with the transportation company and report regularly.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with banking procedures, office finance management, and transportation logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
