Manage and organize day-to-day office operations, including filing, document management, and office supply inventory.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for team members.
- Process and manage all paperwork, including but not limited to client forms, internal reports, and various financial documents.
- Ensure that all documents are completed accurately and are submitted in a timely manner.
- Assist with documentation for bank compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office files and documents.
- Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and databases as needed.
- Ensure all paperwork is stored securely and is easily accessible for relevant departments.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, such as helping with data entry or coordinating bank events or internal programs.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Assist with customer service tasks by handling client queries and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Ensure all client-facing paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and organizing office files.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, clean, and organized.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
