As a Junior Hospital Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of the hospital by providing administrative assistance and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Reporting to the Senior Hospital Administrator or designated supervisor, you will contribute to various administrative functions, assist with day-to-day operations, and support initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and patient satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to senior administrators and department heads, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organization of paperwork related to patient records, employee files, and administrative documents.
- Support billing and coding processes by verifying insurance information, processing claims, and assisting with billing inquiries.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in coding documentation and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in coordinating staff schedules, including shift assignments, time tracking, and scheduling adjustments.
- Communicate scheduling changes and updates to staff members in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance to patients and their families, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing them to appropriate resources within the hospital.
- Maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and visitors.
- Support inventory management processes by monitoring supply levels, placing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and tracking usage to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist in organizing hospital events, meetings, and trainings, including logistics coordination, communication with participants, and event follow-up.

**Qualification**:

- Formal education in management (BMS, PGDM, or BBA) or a related field
- Prior experience working as a hospital administrator
- Expertise in customer management and service
- Compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector
