**Job Title**:Customer Service Representative (Female)

**Job Location**: Karari Garden, Nirmal Village, Vasai West, District Palghar, Mumbai, 401304.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

**2. Customer Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance, gather feedback, or follow up on inquiries.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

**3. Follow-up**:

- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and to gather feedback on their experience.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues or requests.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to build strong relationships and foster customer loyalty.

**4. Administrative Support**:

- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide support to other team members and departments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation or diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
