**Job Overview**:
Identifying, developing, and maintaining supplier business relationships.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:
Developing and Managing Supplier relationships.

Responsible for Materials Planning both business and non
- business.

Review and process parts/service/equipment requirement from purchase requisition.

Identify possible vendors from the requirements generated and issue RFQs to the most favourable vendors with regards to cost, quality and delivery.

Negotiate with vendors and agree to terms and conditions mutually beneficial and prepare/approve comparative analysis of the quotations.

Responsible for strategic procurement for cost reduction, standardization and simplified processes.

Maintaining of master purchasing data and generating inventory reports.

Place orders timeously and negotiate to achieve committed delivery dates from the vendor, as per desired standards.

Respond with a high sense of urgency to quality and time issues and escalate/communicate appropriately and address invoice, specification & quality issues as required.

Any other job that may be assigned by the concerned Performance Leader from time to time.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
Engineering background with 3-5 years’ of related experience in sourcing and purchasing engineering goods and materials (structural, mechanical and electrical).

Qualification in Materials Management desired.

**Additional Information**:
Strong working knowledge in SAP (MM Module).

Strong working knowledge in MS-Excel.

Good negotiation and communication skills.
