**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day processes across teams/departments
- Delegate tasks effectively and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Act as a point of contact for internal communication and workflow facilitation
- Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation using MS Office tools & google sheets.
- Remind and follow up with team members on deadlines and priorities
- Handle crisis or last-minute situations with composure and problem-solving mindset
- Maintain professional communication and foster strong working relationships
- Support management in process improvements and workflow optimizations

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), with google sheets
- Calm, polite and approachable personality
- Go-getter attitude with a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to manage pressure and handle unexpected challenges
- Good sense of responsibility and accountability

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Process coordinator or Back office executive: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English and hindi (preferred)
