**Required skills**:

- Should compile risk-related information from individual or external resources and performing analysis to measure risks.
- Should perform business risk control, assessments, RCA and also assessing the underlying causes of functional problems, and helping in the creation and execution of risk prevention strategies.
- Planning and implementation of an overall Risk management process for the HRO division, Risk Assessment, Risk Mitigation, Deploying suitable controls and Techniques such as proposing automation wherever required, Preparation of process documents to check the vulnerabilities and Reporting.
- Should have knowledge in Information Security (ISO 27001), SOC 1 and SOC 2 audit
