**Job Title**: Mid-Senior Legal Draftsman

**Location**: Baner, Pune

**Experience**: 4-8years

**Education**:Bachelor's degree in law, and active licensure to practice law.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, leases, deeds, and other real state-related documents.

Ensure the accuracy and compliance of legal documents with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Collaborate with attorneys and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide legal support.

Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations.

Assist in negotiations and provide legal guidance during real estate transactions.

Maintain and organize a database of legal documents, templates, and forms for reference.

Participate in due diligence processes for real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

Assist in resolving legal disputes and handling litigation matters related to real estate.

Keep track of deadlines and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes within the company.

**Skills**:
Strong understanding of real estate law, property transactions, and contract law.

Excellent drafting, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in legal research, including the use of legal databases and resources.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using legal software and technology.

**Salary**: From ₹60,000.00 per month
