We are looking for Patient Care Executive or Coordinator with relevant experience of 1 - 3 years in a healthcare or wellness facility. You will assist the Operations manager or the designated authority in managing the day to day patient care services in the premises.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To manage patient experience and & follow through
To efficiently handle appointment, admission and discharge of patients
To ensure timely invoice generation with accuracy
To accurately share Cash/ Credit/ Corporate billing and discount information with customers & achieve high levels of customer satisfaction at each interaction
To ensure total familiarity with all instruction manuals and operating procedures applicable to the role
To ensure timely registrations & timely report delivery
To ensure timely submission of deposited cash/ cheque/drafts/credit slips to Finance
To maintain and contribute to cordial inter and intra team relations
To effectively utilize Hospital Information System, EPABX system and other software provided
To be well groomed, be punctual & adhere to company policies and practices
To have complete orientation of QMS and HMS system of the organization.
To Comply with the service quality Process, Environmental & Occupational issues & policies of the respective area
To Comply with patient safety policy
To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system
**REQUIRED SKILLS**
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong aptitude for numbers
Eye for detail
Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring that the focus on quality is not diluted
Strong interpersonal relationship building capabilities
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
