We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Advisory Portfolio Analytics support**

GPB is expanding its offshore footprint across multiple sites. Member of the EMEA (ex UK) Advisory team will be responsible for the day-to-day activities related to the Aladdin platform and Advisory activity.

**The Opportunity**:

- Perform daily preventive controls to detect data issues (information not updated or incorrect, missing, or wrong proxies, stale information) in the BlackRock Aladdin platform (IT platform used to assess clients’ portfolio risk), contact relevant stakeholders to fix them, follow-up on remediation
- Contribute to the definition of change requests related to Aladdin and Avaloq and to the management of incidents
- Participate and contribute to projects related to IWS Advisory activities
- Request the creation of securities to Blackrock when securities don't exist in the Avaloq Security Master File, proceed with data mapping (Holistic portfolio service - consolidation of accounts)
- Review proxy framework for non-modelled securities with the support of the Advisory team.
- Preparation of output report materials. Liaise with the relevant team in charge of the output tool (ART).

- Preparation of daily reports to ensure data quality in the Aladdin platform is adequate
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely corrections of any identified issues, follow up on resolution of issues/deviations
- Management of queries made by Local & Group management if needed
- Assistance to any other project or activity as requested by the Head of Department

- The jobholder is required to adhere with the Group Policy and Compliance guidance.
