We are now looking for a skilled and passionate **SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist** to lead our online marketing efforts and expand our digital presence.

**Position**: SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

**Location**: Dehradun (Work from Office)
**Salary Range**: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and expertise)
**Experience Required**: 0-3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Optimize website content and structure using advanced **Technical SEO** techniques
- Run and manage paid campaigns across **Facebook Ads**, **Instagram Ads**, and **Google Ads**:

- Set up and monitor **Google Search Console**, **Google Analytics**, and **Google AdSense**:

- Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and video platforms (YouTube)
- Monitor and improve website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates
- Manage and grow social media channels through creative marketing strategies
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize ad performance and website landing pages
- Track and analyze KPIs to measure success and provide ROI-focused reports
- Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams for integrated campaigns
- 0-3 years of experience in **SEO, digital marketing, content writing, or copywriting**:

- Proven success in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns
- Strong knowledge of **SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing,** and **content marketing**:

- Experience with tools like **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console**:

- Knowledge of **YouTube marketing**, **AdSense monetization**, and social media engagement
- Hands-on experience with **conversion rate optimization** and **traffic generation**:

- Familiarity with **marketing automation tools** (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and **CRM systems**:

- Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team
