The company operates with a strong focus on **quality control, hygiene, and product safety**, maintaining international food safety standards at its state-of-the-art facility in **Aliyabada, Jamnagar**.

**About the Role**:
The **Lab Assistant** will play a key role in ensuring the **quality and safety of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products** through systematic laboratory testing. This position involves routine and non-routine quality checks, data analysis, documentation, and equipment maintenance to support operational and food safety standards.

**Key Role Objectives**:

- Perform **routine and non-routine quality control testing** of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Analyse data, interpret results, and accurately document findings.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, including **calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenance**.
- Record detailed reports of all testing activities, results, and related documentation.
- Adhere to all **safety protocols, hygiene practices, and operational procedures** within the laboratory environment.
- Support in microbiological, chemical, and physical testing as per company standards.
- Ensure proper sample collection, testing, and reporting timelines to production and QA teams.

**Basic Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: B.Sc in Chemistry / Microbiology / Food Technology
- **Experience**: Fresher or **1-2 years in a food, beverage, or FMCG quality control lab**:

- Strong understanding of laboratory practices and basic testing procedures
- Good record-keeping, documentation, and report preparation skills
- Willing to work full-time at **Aliyabada, Jamnagar** plant location
- Should be familiar with hygiene standards and basic lab safety

**Salary**:
₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

**Working Hours**:
09:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
