Graphic Designer & Short-Form Video EditorAre you a creative professional with expertise in graphic design and short-form video editing? We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer + Short-Form Video Editor to join our teamAbout the RoleWe're seeking an innovative and versatile individual who can create stunning visuals, craft engaging short videos, and leverage AI tools to bring ideas to life. As a key member of our creative department, you will work closely with our marketing team and clients on various projects, including:Agency creatives: ads, brand graphics, internal campaignsClient branding: logos, brand kits, social media postsShort-form content: reels, TikToks, YouTube ShortsAI-assisted visuals: using tools like Midjourney, Runway ML, V3, etc.Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess excellent visual storytelling and typography sense, as well as strong skills in creating high-quality static and motion graphics for social media & ads. Key responsibilities include:Create high-quality static and motion graphics for social media & adsDesign logos, branding materials, and ad creatives aligned with brand identityEdit short-form videos optimized for Reels, Shorts, and TikTokCollaborate with the marketing team on story-driven visual conceptsUse AI tools (Midjourney, Runway ML, V3, Pika Labs, etc.) to enhance creative outputKeep up with latest design & social media trendsDeliver all tasks while working in the EST time zoneRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:2–4 years of experience in graphic design & short-form video editing (agency experience preferred)Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent toolsExperience creating logos, branding, and ad creativesStrong short-form video editing skills (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)Hands-on with AI design/video tools (Midjourney, Runway ML, etc.)Excellent visual storytelling & typography senseAbility to collaborate and work during EST business hoursNice to HaveIt's great if you have:Experience with Canva Pro, Figma, or CapCut ProKnowledge of social media ad formats & best practicesComfortable ideating or appearing on camera for video contentWhat We OfferAs a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy:Competitive pay based on experienceWork with international brands & creative projectsAccess to premium AI tools & creative softwareGrowth-focused, fast-paced work cultureCreative freedom to test, experiment, and innovate
