**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Offer and Contract Management**:

- Review and verify all offers, POs, pricing, proforma invoices, and contracts.
- Maintain detailed communication records for each transaction.
- **Drawing and Documentation Coordination**:

- Ensure General Arrangement (GA) drawings and Purchase Invoices (PI) align accurately, with all communication documented properly.
- **Financial Transactions**:

- Track all advances and final payments, ensuring timely and precise communication records.
- **Follow-ups**:

- Coordinate follow-ups for offers, payments, deliveries, services, and testimonials to support seamless project management.
- **Planning and Execution**:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects and deliveries.
- **Customer Support Coordination**:

- Work closely with the customer support team to address client needs effectively.
- **Promotional and Branding Materials**:

- Manage the design and updates of brochures, posters, banners, and gifts.
- **Manual and Documentation Preparation**:

- Prepare maintenance manuals and daily MIS reports as needed.
- **Exhibition and Event Support**:

- Oversee exhibition-related work, including designing and modifying promotional materials and coordinating event logistics.
- **Basic Digital and Social Media Management**:

- Ensure regular updates to the website and all social media platforms.
- **Media and Content Creation Follow Up**:

- Handle photography and videography through vendors as needed, updating terms and conditions related to offers, payments, delivery, and inspection clauses.
- **Template Design and Distribution**:

- Create and circulate templates for customer and team communications.
- **Customer Data and Compliance Management**:

- Update customer data records regularly and handle government and semi-government certifications as required.
- **Export Data Compilation**:

- Compile and organize data for export purposes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
