Marketing Executive Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and lead generation.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media.
- Utilize analytical tools to measure, analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze social media analytics to enhance engagement and brand presence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Plan and execute events for Brand promotion and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including vendors.
- Support company’s various marketing initiatives from time to time as required.

**Requirements**:

- MBA or PG in Marketing/Advertising/Communications
- Proven 3-4 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Knowledge of Experience in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Knowledge of social media tools & analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
