Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience
- Industry Leadership: Possess 10 to 15 years of hands-on expertise in sales and marketing within the high-impact engineering products arena, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver growth and innovation.
- Sector Mastery: Deep core sales experience with Electric Overhead Traveling (EOT) cranes, electromagnets, ladles, refinery equipment, furnaces, CCM, casters and rolling mills, reflecting a skill set shaped by the most demanding industrial environments.
- Track Record of Success: Priority would be given to candidates who bring 6 to 10 years of undeniable, results-driven sales accomplishments directly related to these mission-critical sectors.
- Strict Sector Relevance: Only those with verifiable and enduring core sales experience in EOT cranes, ladles, refinery equipment, furnaces, casters and rolling mills will be considered, thereby ensuring our team is built on specialised industry excellence.

The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive rapid business growth across the leading industrial landscapes of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, zeroing in on markets renowned for powerful engineering, advanced manufacturing and innovative technological development. Stationed in Chandigarh, the chosen candidate will have the authority and resources to champion market expansion and reinforce our leadership throughout North India's foremost engineering centres.
The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive rapid business growth across the prime industrial regions of West Bengal, Bihar and Eastern and North Eastern India concentrating efforts on markets renowned for robust engineering, advanced manufacturing and innovative technological development. Stationed in Kolkata, the chosen candidate will have the authority and resources to champion market expansion and reinforce our leadership throughout Eastern India's foremost engineering centres.
