**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a **Customer Support Executive - Chat Process** who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and tech-savvy. Your role will be to handle customer queries over chat, provide real-time support, resolve issues, and ensure a delightful customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify customer needs and help them use specific features of our platform
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaints
- Document and track customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Product, Sales) to provide accurate solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all interactions
- Meet daily KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be comfortable with **Work From Office** (Noida, Sector 2)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
