*Job Summary:*

As an International Chat Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues through live chat for international clients. You will provide prompt, professional, and accurate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high standard of service. The role involves understanding customer concerns, responding to their queries, and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries through chat in a clear and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information and assist customers in resolving issues related to products, services, orders, billing, etc.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and work towards first-contact resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to address escalated issues and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate support.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as per company standards.
- Stay updated on product and process changes to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and service delivery.

*Required Skills:*
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong typing speed with accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of chat inquiries.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to provide quick and effective solutions.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and chat software/tools.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, depending on business needs.

*Qualifications and Experience:*
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in a chat or customer service role, especially in an international process, is an advantage.
- Experience in handling international clients or working in a global environment is a plus.

*Other Requirements:*
- Ability to adapt to different time zones depending on the shift and business needs.
- Flexibility in working hours (may include rotational shifts).

- The role may be remote or on-site, depending on company policies.
