**Job Description**:
We are actively looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals, including undergraduates, to join our team as Customer Support Executives for the UK Chat Process. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be an integral part of our E-commerce customer support team, providing assistance and resolving issues through chat interactions.

**Responsibilities**:
Chat Support: Engage with customers via chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues efficiently.
Customer Assistance: Assist customers in navigating through our website, placing orders, and resolving concerns related to their purchases.
Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary, to ensure timely and effective resolution.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Typing Speed: Maintain a typing speed above 45 words per minute to ensure prompt and efficient responses during chat interactions.

Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and service guidelines to consistently deliver high-quality customer support.

Documentation: Record and maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the system for reference and analysis.

**Requirements**:
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a chat process or similar customer support role.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Typing Speed: Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
Work Ethics: Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
E-commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with E-commerce processes and platforms is an advantage.
Work Schedule: Must be available to work fixed shifts from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: ₹29,000.00 per month
