**Job Description: Sales Executive - Valve Industry (Chennai)**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial valves in the Chennai region.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct field marketing activities, including client visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions, to promote company products and services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide accurate market intelligence, including competitor analysis, market trends, and customer feedback, to the management team.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with the technical and customer support teams to address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry standards, product developments, and emerging technologies in the valve industry.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience in the valve industry is mandatory.
- Proven field marketing experience of at least 1 year, preferably in Chennai.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while being a proactive team player.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
