**Responsibilities**:

- Work as a development team member to assist with the evaluation of Pega modules and their relevance and suitability for the organization
- Work as part of a development team to assess the client’s organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Pega-based solutions tailored to the client
- Perform analysis, design and change management, as needed by individual projects
- Support business-need assessments and Pega solution implementations tailored to fit organizational needs
- Ability to think creatively and strategically with a focus on achieving outcomes
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate
- Experience in a customer-facing role, understanding business need and solving complex problems, is beneficial
- Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people
- Coordination with Pega technical support

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4-7 years of work experience with Pega Systems and development of Pega-based solutions. (version v8.x and above)
- Experience with Pega DevOps is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology and working experience in remote teams
- Experience using Azure DevOps, and/or working on a Scrum team is a plus (Jira also nice to have)

**Nice to have**:

- Constellation UI experience
- Pega Certified System Senior Architect Certification (CSSA)
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics
