- Job Description:

- Must have Skills:

- Contributing to the development of the best / most fit-for-purpose system architecture Infrastructure design for the systems with in the scope of migration of the TechOpsInfraNet program.
- Constant alignment on the best Infrastructure standard solutions within the infrastructure towers such as connectivity, hosting, cloud, and security.
- Improving information management capability through an understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities across different technology towers.
- Delivering architecture artifacts, including reference architectures, diagrams, information models etc.
- Communicating and enforcing technology standards
- Contributing to the development of policies, standards and guidelines directing the selection, development, implementation and use of Information Technology within the enterprise.
- Investigating, advising, designing, and documenting the architecture and requirements for complex solutions based on business needs (e.g., functions, processes, information, systems, engineering, technical tool/processes, performance, and security).
- Business architecture experience
- A high level of technical expertise and broad knowledge of Wintel and networking
- A high level of technical expertise and broad knowledge on OT components like PLC, HMI, WinCC (it’s a plus)
- Excellent analytical skills
- A methodical, investigative, and inquisitive mind and attention to detail
- good interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage Expectations and explain technical detail.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Experience in industry regulations (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) is an advantage
- Experience with defining roadmaps and standards

Key activities & role during transition:

- Get to know the stakeholders involved in the program
- Get to know the TechOps infrastructure design
- Understand and propose improvements to existing templates
- Know the timing of the project and intended roadmap
- Understand team dynamics
- Learn about and delve deeper into pharmaceutical compliance and Regulatory matters specific to Ferring
- Attend systems analysis meetings as shadow and prepare the transition to reverse shadowing
- Ensure alignment with QA and Security

Key tasks and responsibilities for regular operations:

- For new systems and Existing systems:

- Identify system requirements from an infrastructure perspective by accompanying system owners in meetings but also talking to suppliers and reading system documentation
- Identify points of failure in the current design against business requirements and support design and resolution
- Challange the information received by business and vendors in order to guarantee the quality of the information
- Ensure the correct completion and/or fulfil of the necessary templates for the correct entry of requests for the creation of the infrastructure
- Implements computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems;
- Identify Users, Groups, Firewall rules, server and clients requirements
- Designing based on standards and solutions.
- Identify possible infrastructure and system dependencies
- Evaluating procedures and processes.
- Understand the current infrastructure landscape
- Design the system based on the standards and solutions provided.
- Map, identify and follow up on nonstandard standards and solutions.
- Identify possible infrastructure and system dependencies.
