Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior AI Solutions Architect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing industrial-grade AI systems that turn complex data into actionable insights.

Your primary objective will be to architect knowledge graphs that support enterprise-scale decision making. This involves designing multimodal retrieval systems that can ingest diverse data sources, including PDFs, CAD drawings, incident reports, and regulatory documents. You will also be responsible for implementing hybrid retrieval pipelines that utilize BM25, dense, metadata, and knowledge graph-based reranking techniques to achieve high accuracy and low latency.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear, concise language will be essential in driving business outcomes and ensuring seamless system integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* 7+ years of experience in building production AI/ML or search systems, with at least 3 enterprise deployments end-to-end

* Expert-level proficiency in Python 3.11+, SQL, and relevant libraries and frameworks

* Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), BM25, rerankers, prompt/routing strategies, and evaluation metrics

* Experience with MLOps/SRE, including versioning, canaries/A-B testing, drift detection, observability, and cost/perf trade-offs

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
