Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Senior Staff Software Engineer to drive transformative shifts within our organization. As a key member of our AI Platform Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how people and businesses engage with and benefit from AI in the future.

**Explore and Apply Advanced GenAI Techniques**: Explore and apply cutting-edge GenAI techniques, including large language models (LLMs) and Agentic AI, to solve complex challenges across the organization.

**Lead Project Execution**: Lead project execution by managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, leveraging your technical expertise and driving business value.

**Architect Scalable Systems**: Architect scalable, secure systems using modern cloud technologies and industry best practices, ensuring seamless integration and high-performance capabilities.

**Mentor Team Members**: Mentor team members on design principles, coding standards, and AI productivity tools adoption, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

**Debug Complex Issues**: Debug complex technical issues to enhance system reliability, scalability, and ease of operation, minimizing downtime and maximizing uptime.

**Review Feature Designs**: Review and ensure the security, scalability, and architectural integrity of feature designs across teams, ensuring alignment with company standards and guidelines.

**Build Pipelines**: Build pipelines to integrate with third-party vendors and streamline workflows, automating processes and enhancing efficiency.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
15+ years of experience in software engineering,
Proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services,
Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs,
Deep understanding of what high-quality code and software engineering processes look like,
Strong technical skills in system design and coding,
Passion for building an open financial system that unites the world,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a preference for open and transparent cultural practices.
